REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully… We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

    are faulty
    have been wrongly described
    are different from a sample shown to you

Please retain your online receipt as proof of purchase.

DELIVERY POLICY

Due to the fact Black Dog Ride is staffed by a very small volunteer team, we can only guarantee to dispatch items within 10 business days.  All merchandise posted with Australia will be dispatched via Australia Post's trackable parcel post.

Winston is not a heavy puppy but he is chunky (he prefers the term 'cuddly'), and cannot fit into a 500gm postal bag.  Although he is only a relatively light 310 grams, due to his chunkiness he needs to be posted in a 3.00kg satchel.  Multiple orders of Winston will unfortunately accrue additional costs.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We provide four delivery options for our Australian customers:

1) Trackable 500gm bags for $8.00 via Australia Post (for BDR caps)
2) Trackable 3KG bags for $13.00 via Australia Post (fits 1 Winston)
3) Trackable 5kg bags for $15.00 via Australia Post (fits 2 Winstons)
4) Other postal options by arrangement

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days.  Orders up to 5kgs (equaling 2 Winstons) will accrue delivery costs of AU$25.00.
